Grilled Japanese Tofu with Shiitake Mushrooms

Ingredients: Soaked shiitake mushrooms, Japanese tofu

Japanese tofu is completely squeezed out from the middle

Cut the removed Japanese tofu into 1 cm thick slices

Tips:
