In the past, the grilled octopus was grilled on a single basis, and it was basically not matched with other ingredients. This time, I will grill the pleurotus eryngii and octopus together. It is a good meal to try. Continue later.

Grilled Octopus with Eryngii Mushrooms

1. Remove the intestines and hair of the hairtail, wash and cut into sections

2. Add salt, sweet noodle sauce, fermented bean curd, dark soy sauce, sugar, sweet vinegar, and cooking wine to the bowl to make a braised sauce for later use

3. Hairtail section wrapped in flour

4. Start the frying pan and fry the octopus

5. After the octopus is fried, put the onion, ginger, garlic and aniseed in the pan and fry until fragrant

6. Cook in the braised sauce

7. Pleurotus eryngii into the pot, cover the pot and cook, stir fry in the meantime, the ingredients are cooked, turn off the heat, serve and enjoy

Tips:

The braised sauce is prepared according to personal taste.
