Grilled Oysters with Garlic

Wash the oysters

Put the grill on the grill pan, then put the dried oysters on the grill, sprinkle with salt

Mince garlic, mince pepper (add pepper according to personal taste), serve on a plate and set aside

Add the minced garlic and chili to the appropriate amount of peanut oil, mix well, put it in the stone kiln cooking stove, use the frequency conversion microwave for 1 minute to force out the aroma of garlic and chili

Put the garlic and chili mixture on the oysters

Select the baking function, the temperature is 210°C, after the preheating is over, select the time 15 minutes, press the start button, and wait for it to be out of the oven.
Tips:
I use Toshiba’s stone kiln cooking stove A7-320D, which integrates microwave, steamer and oven, which is more convenient for people who don’t like oily smoke. You can also choose to saute the garlic and chili in a hot pot, and then bake it in the oven.
