Grilled Perilla Squid Rings

Prepare the ingredients

Wash the squid and cut into circles

Boil the squid with boiling water. It doesn’t take too long. Roll it up, remove it and let it cool for later use, because the squid needs to be grilled. This is a good way to remove the water.

Put it in a bowl, add salt, black pepper, and oyster sauce in an appropriate amount. Put less salt, because oyster sauce has a salty taste
