Grilled Pomfret with Pickles

Wash the golden pomfret, and make four knives on each fish. Shred the ginger, onion and garlic, cut into sections, and squash.

Heat in a frying pan and sauté ginger, onion and garlic.

Add the pomfret and fry

Fry the pomfret on both sides.
5.
Add boiling water, soy sauce, vinegar, and steamed fish soy sauce, and simmer slowly.

Add half a package of pickles and continue cooking.
7.
Simmer on low heat for 20 minutes, then sprinkle with chopped green onion.
Tips:
Pomfret is better when it's fried.
