I don’t know what to cook. I suddenly remembered that I haven’t eaten pork ribs for a long time.

Grilled Pork Ribs with Green Bamboo Shoots

1. Prepare the side dishes and ingredients as shown in the picture. Put the ribs in the pot and remove the blood, remove and drain.

2. The oil is hot and smoke

3. Turn the heat to low, pour the ribs, add 1 tablespoon of watercress, pour the spices and fry until fragrant, add 2 drops of dark soy sauce for color.

4. Add water to submerge the ribs. Bring to a boil, add chicken essence, and turn to low heat to simmer for 20 minutes. Add the right amount of salt.

5. After simmering for 20 minutes, add the green bamboo shoots, open the lid and turn to medium heat for 7.8 minutes! This ensures that the green bamboo shoots are not lost and more nutritious.

6. Add the green pepper section when you start the pot, it will have a better fragrance and color, and put a little MSG!

7. Sprinkle chopped green onion on the platter
