Grilled Prawns

Seasoning preparation: butter, black pepper (Western style, the kind that can be ground immediately, not powdered), fresh lemon

Wash, remove the head, cut open from the middle, and be careful not to cut it with a single knife (I chose tiger shrimp, so it is larger. You can choose general sea shrimp according to your needs.)

Cut lemon in half, and dice or circle fresh pepper

Spread butter evenly on the shrimp meat, put fresh chili, (add a little seafood soy sauce can be added), squeeze an appropriate amount of lemon juice.

Put it in the oven and bake for 20-30 minutes (if the shrimp meat is as thick as shown in the picture, increase the baking time as appropriate, and vice versa)
