Grilled Ribs

Haitian’s rib sauce is better than Lee Kum Kee’s. Lee Kum Kee’s scent is too strong and I don’t like it very much. Besides, Lee Kum Kee’s price is three times that of Haitian.

This is a picture of a marinated. You must put salt or the sauce is not enough. After marinating, it will be more delicious in the refrigerator for more than 12 hours. You can cut the ribs and marinate whole pieces. It is my personal preference.

Put it in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes. If you don’t preheat it, bake it for 5 to 10 more minutes. Look at my own oven, if the bleeding water proves to be unripe

After baking, it will be more delicious if it is cut open and coated with honey (don’t put a lot of nectar)
Tips:
When marinating ribs, you can add green onions to make it more fragrant
