Grilled Ribs (oven Version)

Prepare ingredients.

Take the ribs from the middle section of the ribs and cut them into long sections or directly use the selected line.

Mash the garlic with a little salt, add water and let it stand for 10 minutes, then strain out the garlic juice.

Add garlic juice, ginger slices, light soy sauce, cooking wine, white sugar to the ribs, continue to add a small amount of white pepper and five-spice powder, mix well, cover with plastic wrap, and marinate in the refrigerator for more than 5 hours.

Stir-fry the pepper and pound it into powder, prepare white pepper powder and five-spice powder, do not put oil in the wok, add salt and fry until slightly yellow, add the above two powders, and fry the aroma.

Take out the ribs, preheat the oven (temperature 210 degrees, time 5 minutes), with the meaty side up, brush with honey water.

Tips:
1. The marinade can be adjusted according to your favorite taste.
2. The marinade should not be too salty, just add to the bottom. It can be served with dipping sauce.
3. The amount of pepper powder and salt should be slightly larger, approximately equal to the sum of the other three powders.
4. The freshly ground pepper is more fragrant.
