Grilled Ribs with Cumin Pork Sauce

After the ribs are bought back, they are chopped into similar lengths.

Put it in the dish after cleaning.

The barbecue material is dissolved in water.

Pour into the dish and coat each bone with the sauce.

Wrap it with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator overnight.

Place the ribs in the tin foil.

Put it in a casserole after wrapping.

Turn the high heat to low and roast for about 45 minutes. Turn over halfway.

When it's almost roasted, brush it with a layer of barbecue sauce, roast for another 2 minutes, and then turn off the heat.

After baking, take it out and serve it on a plate.
Tips:
After the ribs are marinated, it is best to keep them in the refrigerator overnight, so that they will be more delicious, and they need to be turned over halfway to avoid muddy bottom. The roasting time can be adjusted according to the size of the ribs. I use a casserole that does not crack at 800 degrees, and it is not recommended for ordinary casserole.
