I really like to eat salt-baked chicken wings. I used a rice cooker to bake it in the past and it will be softer. This time I use a frying machine to bake it slowly. It is very tasty when marinated overnight. It's good to eat after zero or four. Much better than McDonald's.
It is a good choice to make this chicken wing for a gathering of friends.

Tips:

It is easier to cook with a lid. Turn it over when roasting so that the chicken wings are evenly heated. I like to add more chicken noodles in a little salty mode. The chicken noodles are tasteful enough without adding salt.
