Grilled Salt Baked Chicken Wings

Wash chicken wings and drain, add salt-baked chicken powder and ginger powder.

Mix well, then put it in a fresh-keeping bag and marinate in the refrigerator overnight.

Tips:
It is easier to cook with a lid. Turn it over when roasting so that the chicken wings are evenly heated. I like to add more chicken noodles in a little salty mode. The chicken noodles are tasteful enough without adding salt.
