Grilled Sardines

Ingredients: Sardines

Remove the gills and internal organs of the fish, and rinse them repeatedly.

Chop the green onion, ginger and garlic for later use.

Add Pixian bean paste.

Slowly fry the red oil on low heat.

Add the sardines.

Tips:
1. If you want to fry the red, bright, fragrant but not spicy red oil, you must cook it slowly over a low heat.
