Grilled Saury

Prepare all materials

Wash the saury, put on cooking wine, salt, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, garlic and marinate for 30 minutes

In the preheated oven, put the fish directly on the grill, put tin foil or absorbent paper on the baking tray, and put it at the bottom

Put it in the oven and bake up and down at 200°C for 25 minutes
5.
Take out and sprinkle with chives and lemon juice
Tips:
1. If you don’t eat the fresh saury right away after you buy it home, wrap it in plastic wrap and store it in the refrigerator, and cook as soon as possible within 1-2 days.
2. If the fish body becomes enlarged, it is mostly the fish that is about to go bad or has gone bad. The stale saury has no freshness to eat, just like chewing tofu residue and spoiled fish will produce toxic substances and should not be eaten.
