Grilled Saury

Saury remove the gills and internal organs and rinse with water

Drain the water, use a kitchen knife to hit a flower knife

Lay it all up and put it on the baking tray

Add a spoonful of salt to 1 porcelain spoon of cooking wine, mix well until the salt melts,
