Grilled Saury with Cumin

Clean and drain the saury, and stroke each side

Spread salt on the fish, squeeze lemon juice, and marinate for about 30 minutes

Wipe the saury dry, put it on the baking tray, and brush with oil
4.
Sprinkle with cumin powder, then sprinkle with chili powder
5.
Put it in a preheated oven at 200 degrees and bake for about 15 minutes
6.
Take it out and turn it over, sprinkle with cumin powder and chili powder, put it back and bake for another 10 minutes, it’s very fragrant
