Grilled Saury with Cumin

Ingredients: saury salt cooking wine, cumin powder, pepper powder, chive flavor grade fresh ginger powder, white sugar, chili oil

Clean up the herring and marinate for a while

Tips:
The longer the marinated saury is, the more delicious it will be. It is best to refrigerate and marinate without chili. Add cumin powder without adding chili powder. Add sugar to remove the fishy taste and make the fish taste fresher.
