Yesterday I went to the supermarket and found that there were scallops for sale, so I bought two boxes and I made this grilled scallops with chopped pepper and garlic at home today. Actually, this dish can also be steamed, but I personally prefer to eat grilled. More fragrant.

Grilled Scallops with Chopped Pepper and Garlic

1. Soak the vermicelli in boiling water for 5 minutes

2. Drain the water and cut into small pieces of about 2 cm with scissors

3. Add minced garlic, chopped pepper sauce, chopped green onion, vegetable oil and fresh shellfish to the vermicelli

4. Mix well with chopsticks and set aside

5. Wash the scallops and pour out the excess water

6. Spoon the garlic vermicelli into the scallops and place them neatly on the grilling net. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees and lower the heat. When the grilling tube turns red, place the grilling net on the bottom layer and bake for about 8 minutes.
