Grilled Scallops with Garlic

Wash the scallops.

All chopped green onion, ginger, garlic and millet pepper,

Spread ginger, garlic, green onions, and millet pepper first.

Drizzle lightly soy sauce.
5.
Preheat the oven for 5 minutes, with the upper tube at 170° and the lower tube at 140°, and bake for 15 minutes.
6.
Come out of the oven and eat while it's hot.
Tips:
The light soy sauce can be topped after making it.
