Grilled Sea Cucumber with Ginger and Scallion

After soaking, the viscera of the sea cucumber is cut in half and then cut into small sections. Cut broccoli into small stalks, slice ginger, and slice green onions into 3 cm segments.

Put the sea cucumbers in boiling water and blanch them. When blanching, add the green part and part of ginger slices, white wine and 5g of sugar.

Blanch it in cold water and drain the water, take out the green onions and ginger slices for later use.

Blanch broccoli in boiling water, add 10 salt to the water, blanch it to remove the plate.

Heat up a pan, put 30g of oil, stir fry the ginger and spring onion until fragrant, then add the sea cucumber and stir fry.

Add appropriate water and seasonings to cook for a while and thicken it directly.

Add the scallions to the pot and put it directly into the circled broccoli.
Tips:
Sea cucumber has a special taste, adding appropriate ginger, spring onion, and sugar can remove its peculiar smell. When blanching, adjust the blanching time according to the degree of sea cucumber foaming.
