Grilled Sea Prawns with Black Pepper

Prepare the ingredients, the sea prawns are bigger than the ordinary kiwai prawns

Treat the shrimp thread and shrimp silk, remove the shrimp bag and wash it

Cut green onion, ginger and garlic into small froth

Sprinkle the chopped green onion, ginger and garlic into the shrimp, pour the cooking wine

Add black pepper

Add salt, put on disposable gloves and grab well, and marinate the shrimp for about 10 minutes

Put it in the oven at 170 degrees, and fire up and down for about 18 minutes.
Tips:
Before the sea prawns are put in the oven, you can brush them with some olive oil and roast them for a more fragrant taste. I don’t use oil if I want to lose weight.
