Grilled Shrimp

Cut green onion diagonally, slice ginger, mince garlic, Cook spicy sauce pot seasoning

Heat the pan with oil, sauté chives, ginger, minced garlic over low heat

Then add the spicy sauce pot seasoning, add a little cornstarch water and boil until it becomes a sauce, set aside

Shrimp head removed, shrimp thread, feet removed, lemon cut, garlic sprouts, bamboo skewers

Add a few drops of lemon juice to the prawns in cold water to get rid of the fishy smell. Cook them in a pot and remove them to drain.

Put it on the baking tray and brush with sauce on both sides
