Grilled Shrimp Skewers

Wash the live shrimps and trim off their long hairs.

Open the back and pick out the shrimp thread.

Add salt, pepper, and cooking wine to the bowl and mix evenly into a sauce.

Pour the sauce on the shrimp, let the shrimp coat the sauce evenly and marinate for 10 minutes.

Soak the bamboo sticks in cold water.

Skewer the shrimps with bamboo sticks.

The baking tray is covered with tin foil, and the shrimp skewers are placed in the baking tray.

Put the baking tray into the lower level of the oven and heat up and down for 10 minutes to bake.

Take out the baking dish, brush the shrimp with some sauce, put the baking dish into the middle of the oven and bake for 5 minutes.

Enjoy delicious grilled prawns.
Tips:
1. The sauce should be prepared according to personal taste. It is not advisable to use a variety of condiments. The original shrimp is more delicious.
2. Soak the bamboo skewers with water in advance to avoid burning.
3. The baking time and oven temperature are set according to specific conditions.
