Grilled Shrimp Skewers

Fresh shrimp.

Shrimp shelled and shrimp intestines, leaving tails;

String the shrimps with bamboo sticks;

Put tomato sauce, chili sauce, olive oil, and soy sauce together in a small bowl, add minced garlic and ginger, squeeze lemon juice and mix well;

The sauce is divided into two halves; one half is ready to be used as a dipping sauce, and the other half is brushed on the shrimp skewers and placed in the refrigerator for 30 minutes

Then put it in a preheated oven, heat up and down at 200 degrees, and bake for 30 minutes. (You can turn the skewers once after roasting for 10 minutes)
