Sea prawns have always been Zizai’s favorite dish. They have always been boiled and steamed. This time I tried the oven to bake them. The taste is different!

Grilled Shrimp with Black Pepper

1. Cut off the long hairs of the shrimp, cut the back with scissors, and pull out the shrimp thread

2. Scallion, ginger and garlic mince

3. Put the sea prawns into the container, add oil, oyster sauce, black pepper, chopped green onion, ginger and garlic, and marinate for 20 minutes

4. Put the shrimp on the grill pan, pour all the marinated sauce on top of the shrimp

5. Put it in the oven and bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes

6. The savory shrimp is out of the pot

Tips:

Shrimp will shrink when cooked, so choose a bigger one. Cut the back, not only to draw out the shrimp thread, but also to make the shrimp more delicious.
