Grilled Shrimp with Garlic

Put the prawns in a large bowl, add a spoonful of salt, and soak in an appropriate amount of water for half an hour, soak and cut off the shrimp silks, use a toothpick to pick out the shrimp threads, clean and drain for later use.

Remove the garlic skin from the garlic, wash and mince, the finer the finer the better; the ginger is washed and peeled, half minced, and half sliced; clean the green onion, cut the green onion into sections, and cut the green onion leaves into slices.

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the hot pan to heat up, a little more than usual, add minced ginger and minced garlic, and stir-fry on low heat to create a fragrance.

Tips:
1. Soak the shrimp in brine for half an hour to remove the bacteria from the shrimp.
2. Use a toothpick to pick out the shrimp floss, so that it will taste more delicious.
