Grilled Shrimp with Garlic Cheese

Mix garlic, chopped green peppers, pepper, oil and salt together and set aside

After washing the shrimps, cut off the feet of the shrimps, use a knife or scissors to cut the back of the shrimps, and remove the shrimp threads

Skewer the whole shrimp with bamboo skewers (so as not to roll up the shrimp when grilling)

Then stuff the garlic into the shrimp back

Cut the cheese slices into thin strips and stuff them into the back of the prawns and put them on the grill

Put it in the preheated oven, fire up and down at 180 degrees, and bake for 10-15 minutes.
