Grilled Silver Carp with Pickles

Cut the silver carp into pieces, marinate with green onion ginger and cooking wine. If there is rosemary, add a little bit to remove the fishy effect.

Grab evenly with your hands

After marinating for half an hour, there will be water seeping out, drain and dry as much as possible

Put the fish cubes in hot oil and fry until the shape is set, do not fry dry

Fried fish nuggets

Add hot oil and ginger garlic until fragrant, then add pickles and stir fry

Pour the fish cubes, add cooking wine, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce and stir fry

Add hot water and simmer for 20 minutes on medium heat

Add appropriate amount of salt and sugar, out of the pan, sprinkle in shallots and coriander
Tips:
Rosemary is very effective in removing fishy, if you don't have it, don't add it. When frying fish, be sure not to dry the fish. The silver carp is relatively large, the fish body is used in this dish, and the fish head can be used for soup.
