Grilled Squid

Remove the internal organs and black surface of the squid, rinse and drain the water for later use.

Put the squid in a bowl, add sliced green onion, ginger, 3 tablespoons of barbecue sauce, 1 tablespoon of hoisin sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, and 2 tablespoons of honey.

Knead the squid repeatedly to make the sauce delicious and evenly colored.

You can put it in a fresh-keeping bag like this, tie it tightly, and marinate for 1 hour, during which time you can rub it several times.

Shred carrots and onions.

Spread tin foil on the baking tray, spread the shredded onions and carrots.

The marinated squid is placed on the vegetables.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees for 5 minutes.

Put the squid in the oven, middle layer, select the top and bottom grill mode, and bake for 10 minutes.

Take it out after 10 minutes, brush with the marinated sauce, turn the squid over and brush with a layer of sauce.

Turn the squid upside down, put it back in the oven, 200 degrees middle level, top and bottom grilling mode, continue to bake for 10 minutes.

After 20 minutes, the squid was grilled just right. Do it yourself, it's healthy and hygienic, and the taste is even better.

This recipe uses Midea's 32L oven. There are two models to choose from: T7-L325D and T7-L325E.
