Grilled Squid in Southern Milk Sauce (lazy Dish)
1.
Wash squid
2.
Separate the head, cut the body with scissors, remove the internal organs, tear off the black film on the body surface, and clean the head
3.
The squid meat is cut with a knife (please ignore my knife skills...), cut into pieces of suitable size, and the squid must be cut off
4.
Three spoons of southern milk, marinate the cut squid pieces and squid for 20 minutes
5.
Finely chop the green onion, cut into sections
6.
Put a little oil in the pan, then add the scallion to the white after the oil is hot
7.
Saute the squid, turn to medium heat, and fry until the squid rolls up, about 3 minutes
8.
Add the scallions and stir-fry for 1 min without adding salt (the southern milk is already very salty, so I didn’t add salt, if it’s heavy, you can add salt to adjust it)
9.
Start the pot and start eating~
Tips:
1. The black film on the surface of the squid should be removed
2. Don't fry the squid for too long, or the taste will be too old
3. Southern milk is quite salty, add salt according to personal taste
