Grilled Squid with Dried Vegetables

Dried vegetables are soaked in water for half an hour. (The dried vegetables are tasteless and not salty like dried plums). Take out the squeezed-dried water and set aside.

Cut the dried squid into small sections and soak for more than 1 hour, then wash them, and control the moisture for later use.

Heat a little oil and two slices of ginger in the pan, stir fry for a fragrance, add the squid strips and stir fry for a while. Pour in the cooking wine.

Add dried vegetables and stir fry, add a little salt.

Add enough water to start simmering, and turn to medium-low heat for about 20 minutes.

Wait until the water is low, then serve.
Tips:
Soak the dried squid for a while to make it easier to burn.
