Grilled Tofu Flavor

Main and auxiliary ingredients: tofu, barbecue seasoning

Dilute the barbecue seasoning with a little water and stir well

Cut the tofu into pieces.

Add the barbecue seasoning to the tofu.

Stir well and marinate for about 30 minutes.

Put the pickled tofu into a frying pan and fry.

Fry until golden on both sides.

Take it out for later use.

Pour the marinated tofu juice into the pot, put in the spare tofu and cook, add a little salt to taste, cook for 2 minutes and then turn off the heat.

Put it out of the pot and serve on the table.
Tips:
1. The final seasoning is to supplement seasoning, and put less salt.
2. The roasted tofu has a softer texture. In fact, it can be eaten after frying.
