Grilled Tofu with Oysters

As usual, introduce the measuring instruments used in the recipes, the small one is a tea spoon, and the large one is a spoon.

Wash the bought oysters and check if there are any dead or fresh ones.

Use a knife to find a gap along the edge of the oyster and insert it in a circular motion to pry open the oyster. After prying open, remove the oyster meat.

Wash the removed oyster meat and soak it in clean water, add a teaspoon of table salt, wash it repeatedly, and control the water to dry for later use.

Peel the carrots, wash and cut into small dices, wash the garlic sprouts and cut into small dices, mince the scallions, ginger, and garlic for later use.

Prepare a large bowl of water and add 1 teaspoon of table salt. Cut the southern tofu into cubes and soak in salt water for 5 minutes to make the tofu not easy to disperse and have a better taste.

Boil a pot of water, add tofu and cook for 2 minutes.

Add the oyster meat and turn off the heat when the water is turned on. The blanched ingredients are soaked here first, so there is no need to fish them out for the time being.

Heat the oil pan, add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil and 1 tablespoon of pepper oil.

Don't get too hot in the oil, add the chopped green onion, ginger, garlic and stir fry for a fragrant flavor.

Add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce and 2 tablespoons of cooking wine in a hot pot.

Decant all the ingredients that have just been blanched and put them in a pot for cooking. At the same time add 0.5 teaspoon of salt and 0.5 teaspoon of white pepper. Tofu is fragile, so it's best not to stir it too much. Bake on high fire for 3 minutes.
