Grilled Tuna with Sauce

Chop coriander, parsley and mint, add chili powder and lemon juice, mix well, add two spoons of vegetable oil to taste, or put all the ingredients in a blender and mix well

Heat the oven to 200 degrees, season the tuna and brush lightly with oil to make sure the fish fillets are kept at room temperature. Bake the tuna in the oven for 2-3 minutes, until the outside is brown

Top the fish fillets with sauce, preferably some lemon rice and grilled zucchini
