Grilled Xiuzhen Mushrooms with Black Pepper

Wash the Xiuzhen mushrooms, try to keep them in a complete shape, and do not break them apart.

Add water to the pot, bring to a boil, add Xiuzhen mushrooms and blanch until they are 7 minutes old, about 2 minutes.

The blanched Xiuzhen mushrooms are taken out and placed in a strainer to drain off the water. It does not need to be too dry, and it takes about 10 minutes. Add the right amount of salt.

Pour in a little fresh soy sauce.

Pour in an appropriate amount of olive oil.

Sprinkle with some black pepper.

Stir gently with chopsticks and marinate for 10 minutes.

Then place the Xiuzhen mushrooms on a baking tray lined with tin foil, and bake for 10 minutes at 190 degrees.
Tips:
Be careful when cleaning, not to damage the Xiuzhen mushroom, which will affect the appearance.
After blanching, do not use your hands to squeeze out the moisture in the mushrooms, just let them drain naturally.
The seasoning can be increased or decreased at will.
