I made Chopped Chili Fish Head and bought a bottle of chopped chili. Knowing that my family is not tolerant to spicy food, I picked the smallest package when I bought it, but I couldn't finish it once or twice. The yuba is soaked and fried with chopped peppers. The taste is surprisingly good. It's not very spicy, but it makes diners appetite. Chop chili, there are still many uses.

Ingredients

Grilled Yuba with Chopped Pepper

1. Soak the yuba in cold water

2. Cut the soaked yuba into sections

3. Start the frying pan, stir-fry the ginger and garlic in the pan

4. Stir-fry fragrant ginger and garlic, chop chili and stir-fry

5. Stir-fry with sugar

6. Fried yuba in the pot

7. Add a little water, cover the pot and cook for a while

8. Stir fry with salt

9. Turn off the heat, sprinkle in the chives and stir-fry evenly, then serve and enjoy

Tips:

Adding sugar is to compromise the spicy taste. If you like the spicy taste, you don't need to add sugar.
It is not advisable to add heavy condiments to this dish.
