Group Vegetable Stir Fry

Wash carrots, peppers, and red peppers and cut into slices. Cut green onions into sections, and slice ginger for later use.

Slice the lotus root and blanch it in hot water. The blanching time should not be too long. You can put 2 drops of white vinegar during the blanching process.

When the oil in the pot is 70% hot, add the peppercorns and fry them until fragrant. Remove the peppercorns, add the green onions and ginger, stir-fry, and pour into the side dishes.

When the side dishes are cooked to 7 minutes, pour in the blanched lotus root slices.

Pour in salt chicken essence and stir-fry quickly to ensure a crisp taste.
