Gubei Pan-fried Tofu Corner

Ingredients needed: a piece of northern tofu (some people don't like the brine taste of northern tofu, in fact, it is not a problem with the brine, but the paste taste caused by the soy milk when making tofu, but some people like the taste of tofu), coriander and chives Appropriate amount, one clove of garlic, two spoons of light soy sauce and half a spoon of sesame oil.

Cut the tofu into thick slices about one centimeter, then cut into triangles, mince the green onion and parsley and pound the garlic into a puree.

Put the oil in the pan and heat (the peanut oil and rapeseed will be more fragrant when fried). Fry the tofu on medium heat for three minutes.

Turn over and fry for another three minutes until the skin is golden and hard.

Add the same amount of boiled water and mix with soy sauce sesame oil and garlic to make a juice, pour it on the tofu, sprinkle with chopped green onion, coriander and a little sesame.
