1. Whole chicken cut off chicken legs and chicken wings
2. Carrots cut into hob blocks
3. Remove the okra and cut into small pieces
4. Pour the salt, cooking wine and pepper to marinate the chicken
5. Put the chicken in the pot and add water to simmer
