Take the tofu out of the box, cut off half of the height, and then cut off the two sides, leaving the middle about 5 cm, carefully cut into thin slices for later use

Mix the minced meat with salt, a quail egg, and a small amount of white wine.

The thinly sliced tofu is carefully placed on a plate, and a little salt is sprinkled on the tofu

Remove the head and thread of the shrimp. When removing the shell, do not remove the last section. Keep the shell on the tail together. After washing the shrimp, use a kitchen paper towel to absorb the water, and then cut the middle of the shrimp in half. Beside the tofu; put the minced meat in the middle of the shrimp as shown in the picture
