Haimi Cabbage Vermicelli Soup.

Wash the cabbage, select the part of the leaf, and tear the big flower with your hands.

Wash sea rice and soak in water.

The vermicelli is soaked in water.

Cut the green onion and ginger.
5.
Heat oil in a pan, sauté the chopped green onion and ginger.

Add cabbage and stir fry.

Stir-fry until the cabbage is soft and add the soaked sea rice.
8.
Pour in the light soy sauce and stir well.
9.
Add appropriate amount of water to boil.
10.
Add salt, sugar, and MSG to taste.

Add the vermicelli and cook, and drop a few drops of sesame oil before serving.
