Hair Cake

1. Mix flour, cornmeal and sugar evenly.

2. Yeast is dissolved in warm water.

3. Pour the yeast-dissolved water into the mixture of various powders and mix into a slightly fluid batter.

4. Cover with plastic wrap and leave it in a warm place to ferment to twice its size, and bubbles will form on the surface.

5. Pinch a little bit of alkali noodles with your fingers, dissolve it with a small amount of water, and pour it into the batter.

6. Stir the batter evenly with chopsticks.

7. Cover with plastic wrap and place it in a warm place to ferment again to double its size.

8. Sprinkle some soaked goji berries on top.

9. Put it in the microwave for six minutes on high heat, take it out and let it cool, then cut into pieces.
