1. Two sweet potatoes are peeled and cut into small pieces and cooked.
2. Combine yeast powder and baking powder with sugar and mix with warm water, and put it in the flour later.
3. Mix the flour with the cooked sweet potatoes, and then pour in the prepared baking powder water. By the way, I also added milk powder if I want to be more nutritious.
4. Knead the flour into a dough. I put it on hot water for more than half an hour and it fermented.
