Hakka Fried Tofu Stuffed with Glutinous Rice

Wash the glutinous rice and soak it in clean water for 3 to 4 hours.

Cut the meat and add the seasoning to adjust the flavor.

The cut radishes are marinated with salt.

Boil the tofu in water for 5 minutes.

Remove and cut, dig out the small white part in the middle.
