Today's Tips for Lugo:
Ingredients: one goose, 100 grams of Hakka mother wine, 250 grams of light soy sauce, southern milk
1 piece, 20 grams of southern milk, 40 grams of yellow sugar, 2 grams of tangerine peel, 5 pieces of ginger,
6 cloves of garlic, 20 tempeh, proper amount of water
1. In the end, all the water volume is less than about 2/3 of that of the goose.
2. No Hakka mother wine can be replaced with the same amount of rice wine, white wine or cooking wine
