Hakka Snacks-hakka Carrot Cake

1. Peel the radish, wash it, and shred it. 2. Put it in a pot of boiling water and blanch it until it reaches the maturity. 3. When it is warmed up, boil the water by hand. (Be sure to grab it dry, otherwise it won't be easy to shape) 4. Deep-fried dried squid, cut into pieces and set aside.

5. Put a little oil in the hot pan and stir-fry the minced meat. 6. Add chopped garlic sprouts and add a little salt and chicken essence. 7. Mix the stir-fried ingredients and the rice noodles, and slightly moisten them. 8. Spread it in a deep dish.

9. Spread raw sesame seeds evenly on top of the carrot cake. 10. Put it in the steamer. 11. Cover the pot with a clean cloth. 12. Steam for 30 minutes and get out of the pot.

13. Put a little oil in the hot pan, cut the radish cake into thin pieces and fry it, you can eat it!
