Halloween Spider Biscuit
1.
Biscuit ingredients are ready
2.
After the butter is beaten with an electric whisk at low speed, add fine sugar
3.
After stirring evenly from low speed to medium speed, add the egg liquid in two batches. After the egg liquid and the butter are fully mixed, add the next egg liquid
4.
Send it smoothly, just slightly enlarged
5.
Homemade peanut butter added to butter
6.
Use medium speed to send evenly
7.
Sift in the cake flour
8.
Stir evenly with a rubber spatula, no dry powder
9.
Roll the dough into a ball, flatten it and put it in the refrigerator for about 40 minutes, the dough will harden slightly
10.
Take out the dough and knead it into a round strip
11.
Divide into small doses, round into rounds, about 15 grams each
12.
Spread greased paper on the baking tray, flatten the small round ingredients into small cakes
13.
Take a piece of oleoresin and press it slightly in the middle of the cake to form a small pit
14.
Put it into the middle layer of the preheated oven, 160 degrees, up and down, about 15 minutes
15.
After the baked shortbread is out of the oven, let it cool on the drying rack
16.
The time for drying the cakes can be used for decoration. Put an appropriate amount of dark chocolate into the piping bag and melt it in water
17.
Cut a small opening at the front end of the piping bag, and squeeze an appropriate amount of chocolate melt into the cold shortbread nest
18.
Gently press Melisu in it
19.
Then draw the 8 legs of the spider with the chocolate melt, and then let it stand for the chocolate to solidify
20.
Take an egg white, about 30 grams, and add 200 grams of powdered sugar; because I want to make icing biscuits, the amount is relatively large. If it is too troublesome, you can use white chocolate to melt it, but the effect is not as good as icing, and there is no icing. Good operation
21.
Use an electric whisk at low speed to medium speed, then at high speed to beat the egg whites to a semi-liquid state, this is icing
22.
Take an appropriate amount of icing sugar into the piping bag
23.
Dot the eyeballs on the melisel, after drying, dot the dark chocolate melt to make the black eyeballs
24.
The little spider is here!
25.
Get out of here!
Tips:
1. If you don’t like peanut butter, you can also change to other nut butters, or just leave it alone, you can also change to about 50 grams of flour, but the texture and taste are not as good as this peanut butter.
2. Because the proportion of icing used here is small, if you don’t make icing biscuits, you can replace the whipped icing with white chocolate for eyeball decoration, or buy the finished white eyeball directly from the store
3. The chocolate melt will solidify in the end, so there is no need to worry about packaging and other issues
4. For dark chocolate, you can use ordinary Dove black chocolate. It must be melted in water before use. If it hardens in the middle, it can be put back in hot water and heated.
