Delicious is so simple, leftovers can also make a beautiful breakfast~
This morning, I looked at the half-bowl of leftover rice in the refrigerator and thought of this pancake.
When I was a child, I used to eat cold rice cakes made by my grandma. Although there were no eggs or ham, only glutinous rice flour and leftover rice, with some sugar added, I thought it was very delicious.
Today, I recalled the process of making pie with my grandmother. I added ham and eggs to make this exquisite breakfast, nutritious and delicious~

Ham and Egg Cold Rice Cake

1. Ingredients: glutinous rice flour, leftovers, ham

2. First smash the egg

3. Then add the chopped ham

4. Add half a bowl of leftover rice

5. Add appropriate amount of glutinous rice flour, you can add more points to increase the viscosity

6. Add some salt to taste

7. Stir all the ingredients evenly

8. After the frying pan is red, add some oil and add the leftover rice noodles

9. Use kitchenware to slowly open the leftover rice noodles, turn them over from time to time, and cook them on both sides.

10. Cut out the approximate heart shape with a knife and place it on a plate.

Tips:

1. Add more glutinous rice flour to stick the leftover rice, so that it won't spread out easily.
2. If adding ham sausage, add appropriate amount of salt to season it into salty cakes. If you don't add meat, you can add white sugar to season it into a cookie.
