Ham and Egg Rice Noodles

Mix the special powder for rice rolls with cold boiled water in a ratio of 1:2, and let stand for 10 minutes for the powder and water to fully fuse

Shredded ham, green onions, beaten eggs, peeled and chopped garlic cloves

To make the seasoning sauce: heat up a wok, add cooking oil, and stir-fry minced garlic

Tips:
1. Special rice noodles for rice rolls can be bought online. If not, you can mix rice noodles + orange noodles (or sweet potato starch) at a ratio of 4-5:1.
2. You can add your favorite ingredients to the rice rolls, such as minced meat, shrimp, bacon, and lettuce. . . All ok
3. The powder paste will settle after standing, it should be mixed well before each use, and the powder paste should not be poured too much. It will taste bad if it is thick.
