Ham and Onion Pizza
1.
Sift the flour into the basin
2.
Add yeast powder and appropriate amount of milk, stir the flour with chopsticks until there is no dry powder flocculent
3.
Add butter, knead into a smooth dough, cover with plastic wrap and leave to rise in a warm place until the dough is twice as large (I used it for about 40 minutes)
4.
Take out the fermented dough and roll it into a cake. Fork fine holes in the cake.
5.
Prepare your favorite ingredients. The plate is the ham sausage, vegetable stalks, onions, cheese and grated cheese.
6.
Brush the pizza dough with your favorite pizza sauce
7.
Sprinkle the prepared ingredients evenly on the pizza noodles and put them in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Finally, I added a bit of black sesame seeds (if I don’t like it, don’t add it).
Tips:
I use milk for making noodles. If you don’t like it, you can also use warm water to make the noodles.
