Ham and Scallion Roll

Prepare the flour.

Cut the ham sausage into pieces.

Sesame, oil, and salt are set aside.

Cut green onions.

Put the baking powder into the flour, add a little sugar and mix with warm water to form a smooth dough and ferment to double its size.

Knead the fermented dough and roll it into thin slices, brush with oil, and evenly spread the sesame, ham and chopped green onion on the top.

Roll it up from one end, and cut it into a flower roll according to your favorite size.

After 10 minutes of frying again, bring to a boil on high heat and change to medium heat and steam for 15 minutes.
Tips:
In the sixth step, after laying the sesame ham and chopped green onion, it is best to use a rolling pin to gently drop and roll it back and forth, so that the ham will not fall off easily during the cutting and steaming process.
